Open Show ’08
April 27th, 2008Last night, CalArts premiered their annual Open Show, an 8-hour long compilation of all the films created that year by Character Animation.
With that, here are the two films of mine shown last night, my final film Combusted…
…and Hell Yeah! Piranha, a free-for-all created earlier this year for the 48-Hour Lockdown.
All in all, a spectacular show. Will post more info later.

Took a quick break from final film work (what??) to complete a guest strip for Paul Southworth’s killer webcomic, Ugly Hill.
Among other things, it’s a graphic slew of politics, booze, the FCC, lawn-care and Starburst.

Though based on actual events, the irony presented in this depection of two EMTs enjoying their meals at the much revered Chinese fast-food chain seemed much more distinct when originally concieved.
